- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank used to be very good and accommodating. However, since then it seems like pulling teeth to get a loan or dispute a charge. For the loan, our credit score is even higher! I had a service animal with me and told them I had a disability in written expression. My wife had her arm in a sling from carpel tunnel treatments. We went to dispute a charge, and the teller said she could not help us fill it out, that we had to ourselves.By Christi Lockhart, August 28, 2017
